Picked this up based upon an advertisement on the Drudge Report
A book that was released very, very recently related to the current financial crisis and a grand size of 92 pages, including the index.
While it introduced me to some some interesting concepts, it attempts to lay the blame for the entire thing upon the Federal Reserve and its low interest policy over the past recent years. Personally it struck me like a commentary by a person who had spent too much time playing with statistics and numbers and assumed that if the numbers and formulas sound a common theme, that they must have the real answer. I’m not so sure and was not convinced. Too many of these trends overlap and make a cause and effect relationship difficult to prove.
He does note that the problem was caused by the government, including the housing issues.
It’s just not that simple…..
